Antique Marble Children
This 100-year-old marble sculpture was accidently toppled by a client’s grandchild. The shattered sculpture devastated her grandparents, so they called on Jeff to rescue their sentimental heirloom. Great care was needed during the restoration process to prevent further damage.

Before
The large, heavy sculpture – about 20 inches tall and 50 pounds – was broken into several pieces when Jeff received it.

During
Steel pins were inserted inside all the broken pieces. Then the pieces were carefully bonded together to support the sculpture’s weight.

After
After patching and sanding several times, the antique sculpture was restored to its original beauty.

The surface is smooth and exactly matches the heirloom piece before it was damaged.

Grandparents and their families praised Jeff for his "perfect" repair. They can now enjoy this beautiful piece for many more years!
